JEE Main-2014 entrance exam important dates

• Applications will be accepted from 15th November, 2013
• Last date for receiving applications is 26th December, 2013
• Offline exam will be conducted on 6th April, 2014
• Results will be announced on 3rd May, 2014

JEE Advanced-2014 important dates

• Registration begins from 4th May to 9th May, 2014
• Fee can be paid till 10th May, 2014
• Admit cards can be downloaded from 10th May, 2014 to 24th May, 2014
• Exam key will be released on 1st June, 2014 from the website
• ORS sheets will be kept in the website from 8th June to 11th June, 2014
• Results will be announced on 19th June, 2014

Dear JEE 2014 Aspirants,
First of all good news is that there will be no change in examination format.As per the ET:

The IIT Joint Admission Board (JAB) at a crucial meeting here today agreed to continue with the same pattern for the IIT-JEE examination for one more year.

The board made a detailed review of the new pattern of the two-tier Joint Entrance Examination, which was implemented this year, and was of the view that the pattern should be continued next year as well for a closer assessment of the system, sources said.

The meeting today is also understood to have decided on next year's examinations. The IIT-JEE (Mains) could be held on April 6 and IIT-JEE (Advanced) on May 25, sources said.

JEE TO GET MORE EXPENSIVE

Taking the Joint Entrance Exam (Advanced) will be a bit expensive as the Indian Institutes of Technology have increased the application fee for all candidates.

Male candidates from the general and OBC (Other Backward Castes) categories will have to pay Rs 2,000- a Rs 200 hike from the fee of Rs 1,800 till last year.
