Coaching isn't an Indian Reality only

Well just saw this article on WSJ
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424127887324635904578639780253571520.html

I recommend everyone especially people in policy making Like HRD Secretary Mr. Ashok to realise that coaching institutes are not devil institutions. They are the need of hour. India is not the only country where coaching is gaining momentum its rampant everywhere because its needed its serves the purpose and is really doing more betterment than the public schooling system
