THE MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS IN BOARD EXAMINATION FOR JEE ADVANCED 2013 DATA

The top 20 percentile marks needed for JEE ADVANCED eligiblity can be seen at http://jeeadv.iitkgp.ac.in/JEE2013/percentile2013.pdf

For CBSE it was 408/500 for general.
For Rajasthan it was 338/500 for general.

    I got 82.8 percent in CBSE XII 2013, so I was eligible for jee advanced 2013.

    If this year the cutoff percentage is more than 82.8 percent will I be eligible for ADVANCED 2014? Because I have heard people tell me that I was in top 20 percentile in my respective year so I am already eligible for it. It doesn't matter if this year's cutoff is higher. Is this true?
