Applicants of JEE Main can correct their academic details again in the month of March, 2015. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a notice in this regard, according to which the applicants will be able to make correction in their academic details including Board name and Class 12 roll number, while downloading the admit card. The applicants who could not fill the board roll number of class 12th in their JEE (Main) application form, must ensure to fill it at the time of downloading the admit card of JEE Main-2015. Only those applicants who are writing their board exam in 2015 will be able to avail the facility of entering the roll number. However, correction in academic details can be made by all applicants. But, candidates will be allowed to submit class 12th roll number and rectify their academic detail only during downloading the admit card.
In January, 2015 (from January 19th to 31st, 2015) candidates were also given an opportunity to correct the discrepancies in application form and uploaded images. Now, applicants must take care that corrections can be made only in the academic details. Incase if a candidate failed to submit their academic details in stipulated format.
Joint Entrance Examination Main(JEE Main) is an all India common entrance examination which is conducted by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education).JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) is being conducted into two parts, JEE-Main and JEE-Advanced. JEE-Advanced is conducted for admission in IITs and ISM, Dhanbad. JEE-Main is conducted for the admission in NITs, IIITs, Centrally/State Funded Universities.
